Our Huddersfield facility is equipped with cutting-edge machinery, allowing us to produce over 8.5 million cartridges annually while still maintaining a high level of customisation for both large corporations and small businesses. This production capability reflects our commitment to scalability and precision. The technology within our factory is designed to streamline the manufacturing process, enabling us to provide cost-effective solutions without compromising on quality or safety.
However, we are mindful of the environmental impact that single-use cartridges have. That’s why we introduced the ECO-foil system with a reusable cartridge, designed for use with a 300ml sealant foil that can be reused at least 60 times. This system significantly reduces plastic waste and offers an eco-friendly alternative for our customers, aligning with our commitment to sustainability and intelligent design. Our ECO-foil system not only lessens environmental impact but also supports our goal of offering sustainable, high-performance solutions across the construction industry.
