Life at Polyseam
I started at Polyseam on a 6 month contract from 2001. I have now been at polyseam for 21 years. When I first started it was a small business and has since become successful on an international level. I initially started out as a machine operative, and from there have become competent on all machines in the business to train my colleagues. Polyseam have given me the opportunity to gain qualifications in Maths and English, as well as becoming a health and safety representative. I’m looking forward to developing more skills in the years to come.

The knowledge I gained whilst working in the factory really helped me in other areas of the business. I have worked in the Accounts Department for the last 12 years and really enjoy my work.
